Shipping Policy – SIKS Vibes
Thank you for shopping with SIKS Vibes! We’re committed to getting your order to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please review our shipping policy below:
1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following options:
Standard Shipping (3–7 business days) – USPS / UPS
Expedited Shipping (1–3 business days) – USPS Priority or UPS 2nd Day
Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on carrier delays or location.
3. Domestic Shipping
We currently ship within the United States, including all 50 states and U.S. territories.
4. Local Delivery / Pickup
We do not currently offer local delivery or in-store pickup, but we’re working on making this option available soon for our Pasadena, TX community!
5. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
6. Delays & Lost Packages
While we strive for timely delivery, shipping delays may occur due to weather, holidays, or carrier issues. If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at support@siksvibes.com and we’ll do our best to help.
7. Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your address before submitting your order. SIKS Vibes is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
